Nigel has over 25 years experience in architectural design and residential development in both domestic and commercial market. He has specialised in the development of new building plots both in rural and city settings and has been responsible for many housing projects and new house designs. Nigel has substantial experience in the extending and redevelopment of existing housing and has helped clients to redevelop and extend houses within conservation areas.
Tamara Hall
Tamara is an accomplished chartered architect with over 20 years experience both in the UK and in Australia. Tamara has been and is actively involved in commercial development along with local authority developments such as schools, hospitals, domestic housing projects etc.
Jovita Stakionyte
Ba(Hons) Ma(Arch) GraDip in Landscape Architecture ARB
Jovita is a chartered architect with a strong artistic flair. She has both a wide and varied experience both here in the UK and internationally. She has worked as a conservation architect with listed buildings and scheduled monuments. She has a talent for landscape architecture and interior design. Jovita would be an excellent choice for clients wishing to develop landscape around their property or for clients who are wishing to complete an internal makeover of their home, shop, restaurant or workplace.
Quantity surveyor-CDM Co-Ordinator
James Jackson
James is our in-house quantity surveyor and CDM coordinator, James has over 35 years as a quantity surveyor and has worked both here in the UK and internationally. He is recognised within his field and is regularly used as a consultant.
James has also worked for many years as a CDM coordinator.
Structural Engineer
Richard Hudson
BEng MSC CEng MICE
Richard is our in-house structural engineer. He will be able to deal with any structural engineering requirements and calculations that may be required. Richard has over 20 years experience within the construction industry as a structural engineer and has carried out many structural surveys, structural reports etc, and and has often been used as an expert witness.
