Design and Development

We have been closely involved in housing design for many years. We work with commercial developers and private clients for a wide range of new buildings, conversion projects and the restoration of a number of listed buildings in areas such as Belbroughton and Walsall. These schemes comprise private houses, apartment buildings and new houses.

Affordable Housing

We aim to create affordable housing that is inspiring to look at and enjoyable to live in. We strive for architecture ‘of its time’ but also to harmonise with the surroundings.
These designs are inspired to create innovative ways of providing accommodation for the broadest spectrum of owners and occupiers. We understand the need for practical solutions for sustainable & contented communities.We design for both private and commercial developers. We hope that our designs will reflect the future direction of housing in the United Kingdom. We believe the key characteristics of good architecture include:

Site Feesibility

If the development has potential we will make a full planning appraisal. which will consider possible designs and site layouts, planning consultations and site valuation.

When we are asked to take a look at a proposed site or building plot we use our experience and expertise to carry out a feesibility study to extract the best value for a potential development sites for the land owners or land agents/developers.
